PERWAKILAN MALAYSIA CARACAS ORGANIZED HIGH-TEA RECEPTION FOR ASEAN LADIES IN CARACAS, ON 1 APRIL 2008, AT 1600 HOURS, AT THE RESIDENCE OF THE SECRETARY OF PERWAKILAN MALAYSIA
PERWAKILAN Malaysia Caracas, headed by Mrs. Rozie Johari, Secretary of PERWAKILAN Caracas and wife of Mr. Mohd. Yusof Ahmad, Third Secretary of the Embassy, organizad on 1 April 2008 at 1600 hours a High-Tea Reception at their Residence.
The Reception, mainly aimed at welcoming Madam Rahel Palembangan, wife of His Excellency Alfred Palembangan, the Ambassador of Indonesia who had just arrived Caracas recently, was also atended by all members of the respective ASEAN Ladies in Caracas, namely Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam.
The High Tea Reception was also aimed at enhancing further the existing close and amicable relations between members of ASEAN Ladies in Caracas and at the same time, having the opportunities to discuss and exchange views among the members in planning activities to be collectively organizad by them in the near future.
In addition, the High-Tea Reception also gave the opportunity for PERWAKILAN Malaysia Caracas to introduce typical Malaysian food and sweets (kueh-mueh) to the other members of ASEAN Ladies in Caracas.
Among those Malaysian food and sweets served during the High-Tea Reception were as follows:-

LA ASOCIACIÓN DE DAMAS DE MALASIA (ASOCIACIÓN PERWAKILAN) DE CARACAS ORGANIZÓ UNA MERIENDA PARA LAS DAMAS DE LA ASEAN EN CARACAS, EL 01 DE ABRIL DE 2008, A LAS 1600 HORAS, EN LA RESIDENCIA DE LA SECRETARIA DE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE DAMAS DE MALASIA (PERWAKILAN MALAYSIA)
La Asociación de Damas de Malasia (PERWAKILAN MALAYSIA) en Caracas encabezada por la Sra. Rozie Johari, Secretaria de la Asociación en Caracas y esposa del Sr. Mohd Yusof Ahmad, Tercer Secretario de la Embajada, organizó el 1 de abril a las 1600 una Merienda en su residencia.
El propósito de la recepción fue darle la bienvenida a la Excelentísima Señora Rahel Palembangan, esposa del Excelentísimo Señor Alfred Palembangan, Embajador de Indonesia, quien acababa de arribar a Caracas. También presente estaban los respectivas Damas de la ASEAN en Caracas, a saber, Malasia, Indonesia, Las Filipinas y Vietnam.
La intención de la Merienda fue también de estrechar aún más las amigables y cercanas existentes relaciones entre las Damas de la ASEAN de Caracas y a la vez, tener la oportunidad de intercambiar opiniones entre los miembros para la planificación de actividades en el futuro inmediato.
Además, la Merienda fue oportuna para qué la Asociación de Asociación de Damas de Malasia (PERWAKILAN MALAYSIA) en Caracas introdujera comida y postres típica de Malasia a los otras Damas de la ASEAN en Caracas.
