His Excellency Dato' Mahinder Singh called on His Excellency Mr. Xoan Noya, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs for Asia, Middle East and Oceania at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on 10 February 2016 to review on the status of several proposals raised during YB Foreign Minister's visit to Caracas in August 2015. Both sides considered cooperation in the cultural sector as one way of increasing greater understanding between the two countries.
