Application Requirements:
- Documents that need to be witnessed by the Consular Officer must be in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Applications must be made at the Embassy in person.
Required Documents:
- Documents that need to be witnessed by the Consular Officer;
- Passport; and
- Malaysian identity card (applicable to Malaysian citizens only).
Fee: AED 25.00 per signature (cash only)
Processing Time: Two (2) working days
