H.E. Dato’ Zainuddin bin Yahya delivered a speech at the Guangxi Global Promotion event, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China on 27 May 2016.
In his speech, H.E. Dato’ Zainuddin spoke about the successful establishment of the “two countries, twin parks” of China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park (located in Guanxi Province) and Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park. The Twin Parks have been considered by the leadership of both China and Malaysia as a flagship program in the context of “One-Belt and One-Road” (OBOR) Initiative.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi who also spoke at the event, highlighted that China was currently promoting Chinese Provinces for the mutual benefit of all parties.
