RESIDING OR TRAVELLING OVERSEAS

We offer a registration service for all Malaysians travelling or living abroad. This free service is provided, so that you can be contacted and assisted in an emergency such as a natural disaster or civil unrest in a foreign country or at the request of your family informs you of a family emergency at home.

Malaysians living or travelling in the Provinces of Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Hunan and Jiangxi are highly encouraged to register with the Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou by visiting the Consulate’s Service Counter or by sending the registration form via email to malgzhou@kln.gov.my.

Alternatively, you may also wish to register through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia's centralised registration of Malaysians abroad through the E-Consular - Registration of Malaysians Abroad's system at http://www.kln.gov.my/web/guest/ekonsular
