On 22 February 2017, the Consulate General of Malaysia received the visit from Mr. Amir Amzah Salleh@ND Lala and Ms. Nurshahila Amir Amzah@Shila Amzah who is also the Tourism Ambassador for Malaysia. Her visit was at the invitation of the Consulate General to hold discussion about possible collaboration to jointly promote Malaysia in Southern China, particularly in areas under the jurisdiction of the Consulate General in Guangzhou.
2. During the visit, Ms. Shila was briefed on the role and functions of the Consulate General and the latest tourism activities undertaken by the Consulate General to promote Malaysia in Guangdong, in particular.
