114th China Food and Drink Fair (CFDF) was held from 26-28 March 2026 at Western China International Expo City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. 9 Malaysian exhibitors participated at the CFDF under MATRADE, led by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA).
CG Kunming was accompanied by MATRADE Guangzhou, Immigration Attache Kunming and Malawakil Kunming’s Communication Officer to the CFDF.
On the opening day on 26 March 2026, small opening ceremony for Malaysian Booth took place. The ceremony commenced with remarks from CG Kunming followed by a booth tour and media interviews by Go Chengdu, Chengdu Plus and China Daily. From 26-28 March 2026, Malawakil Kunming and MATRADE coordinated the business networking sessions, networking dinner, MoU signing between Malaysian exhibitors with their counterparts, as well as discussions with the exhibitors.
