The symposium and dinner reception to commemorate the 45th Anniversary of the establishment of Malaysia-China Diplomatic Relations was held on Friday, 12 July 2019 at the Wyndham Grand Hotel, Kunming. The said commemorate events were jointly organized by the Consulate General of Malaysia in Kunming and the Yunnan People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries with the strong support from the Education Malaysia (Beijing), MATRADE (Chengdu), Tourism (Guangzhou) including MAYCHAM Kunming as well as our Malaysian diaspora and local partners. His Excellency Mr. Li Pei, Vice Chairman of the People’s Congress of Yunnan Province, China is the Guest of Honour during the dinner reception. Consul General Faizal Shani delivered his opening remarks at the symposium.
