On 6 March 2009, Consul-General Roseli Abdul paid a courtesy call on Madam Zhou Hong, the Director-General of Yunnan Foreign Affairs Office (FAO) since the former assumed his duties recently. Their discussions were revolved around Malaysia-Southwest China bilateral relations and how to further improved them in the coming future.
