Interview session with the China News Service (CNS) took place on 22 February 2022.
The questions posted by the CNS refer to Malaysia-China bilateral cooperation, RCEP and how countries are able to cooperate further, the current COVID-19 situation and the advancement of cooperation between Malaysia-Yunnan, current and future.
Consul General stated in the interview that Malaysia sees China not only as a partner, but importantly as a strategic partner in both, short and long term agenda. We also observed China as a model for the agenda of ‘sustainable development’ emphasizing the importance of win-win cooperation as well as shared prosperity for all.
