The Consulate General of Malaysia in Kunming participated in KIA International Fair 2013 organized by Kunming International Academy, which took place on Saturday, 20 April 2013. The event which highlights the diversity of cultures and traditions of the participating countries has attracted more than 1000 visitors on that day.
Consulate General in collaboration with Malaysia Airlines setup a booth to promote Malaysia as well as distributing pamphlets and flyers on Malaysian tourism. PERWAKILAN added spices to the event by preparing varieties of Malaysian signature dishes such as Nasi Lemak, Rendang, Pulut Kunming, Satay and Karipap. Malaysia booth received tremendous numbers of visitors. This successful event started at 11:30 am and ended around 3.00
