Diplomatic Family Day 2023 was held on Friday, 30 June 2023, at the Shining Star Hotel, Kunming. All the Consulates in Yunnan (Laos, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia) except the Cambodian Consulate participated in the said. Nearly 100 people attended the said first-ever diplomatic family day gathering in Kunming, Yunnan, with the representative of the Foreign Affairs Office of Yunnan also participating.
The said gathering serves as a platform to promote better communication between all Consulates General in Kunming. Activities during the gathering covered food promotion, lucky draws, karaoke and speech by the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps.
