NOTICE ON THE CLOSURE OF THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF MALAYSIA’S OPERATIONS FROM 3 - 7 FEBRUARY 2020 DUE TO THE 2019-NCOV OUTBREAK
In efforts to prevent the spread of and contain 2019-nCoV outbreak, the Yunnan’s Foreign Affairs Office (FAO) has decided for its civil servants to work from home for another week, except for those providing essential/emergency services.
In this connection the FAO has recommended to other sectors to follow the same arrangements.
In this regard, the Consulate General of Malaysia in Kunming will be closed from Monday, 3rd to Friday, 7th February 2020.
The Consulate General’s staff will be working from home and the Consulate General is scheduled to resume its normal operation on Monday, 10 February 2020 (subject to review).
