On Tuesday, at the invitation of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Kunming Government, Mr. Faizal Shani, the Consul General attended the said event and delivered a speech on behalf of the other Consuls General in Kunming.
Apart from witnessing the prize-giving ceremony to the winner of the Vlog contest, all the Consuls General were briefed of the proposal by the Management of PARK 1903 to establish the South and Southeast Asia Art and Culture Centre in Kunming.
The Vice Mayor of Kunming, Director General of the Standing Committee of Kunming Municipal People’s Congress including the Chairman of PARK 1903 amongst the other VIP attended the said event that followed with a cocktail reception.
