HRH Crown Prince of Perlis undertook a visit to Kunming from 7-10 November 2023. HRH Crown Prince was accompanied by 2 officials from the Istana Perlis and representatives from SL International Sdn. Bhd. The visit was a private visit by HRH Crown Prince at the invitation of the business community in Kunming.
