H.E. Ambassador Mary Seet Cheng, non-resident Singaporean Ambassador to Cuba paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ambassador Yean Yoke Heng on Friday, 27 November 2009. Her Excellency was in Cuba as part of the official delegation of President Lee Hsien Loong who was on an Official Visit to Cuba.
