Ambassador Jojie Samuel paid a courtesy call on Mrs. Kenia Serrano Puig, President of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP) on 2nd February 2012.
ICAP is a social institution under the Communist Party of Cuba founded on 30 December 1960 with the objective to promote the solidarity relations with other friendly countries. ICAP supports all persons, groups and institutions raising their voices to condemn the US blockade against Cuba in full respect to the people’s self-determination.
