The ASEAN Heads of Mission Chairmanship was handed over to Ambassador Jojie Samuel. The ceremony took place on 20 January 2012 at the Residence of the Ambassador of Laos. Ambassador of Laos was the previous Chairman. Ambassador Jojie Samuel will now assume the Chairmanship for a period of four months (Feb-May). The ASEAN Missions in Havana, Cuba, comprise of Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, VietNam, as well as Timor Leste as observer.
