The MTCP Alumni Annual Dinner 2006 was held at Salon Vedado, Hotel Nacional in Havana on 15 December 2006.
As part of Malaysia?s initiative to further foster South-South Cooperation, the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) has been implemented since 1980 to share Malaysia's experiences and expertise with other developing countries. This programme is part of Malaysia's commitment to promote technical cooperation, aimed at developing human resources among developing countries.
To date, 29 Cuban officials have attended various courses offered under the MTCP.
