On 21 August, H.E. Amb Mohd Adli Abdullah accompanied YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari to a meeting with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to explore potential cooperation in education, research and innovation. The programme also included a visit to Nazarbayev University, one of Kazakhstan’s leading institutions of higher learning, where opportunities for academic exchange and collaboration were discussed.
Later in the day, YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari attended the Closing Ceremony of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) Congress. Malaysia is honoured by the recognition of Ms. Grace Anak Dingin, representing Perbadanan Perpustakaan Awam Selangor (PPAS), who received the “Most Voted Poster Award,” a testament to Malaysia’s active contribution to the global library and knowledge-sharing community.
