| Malaysia at the Great Embassies Fair 2025—A Celebration of Culinary Diplomacy! From 30 May to 1 June 2025, the Embassy of Malaysia in Lima, with the facilitation by Perwakilan Lima proudly showcased the rich culinary heritage of Malaysia at the Great Embassies Fair 2025, organized by the Municipality of San Luis. Through live cooking demonstrations, traditional Teh Tarik performances, and beloved Malaysian food, visitors were immersed in the vibrant flavors of our nation. Honored Guest We were privileged to welcome His Excellency Prime Minister Eduardo Arana Ysa, Mayor of San Luis Ricardo Pérez, and distinguished Peruvian officials, who enjoyed Malaysia’s authentic dishes. Pisang Goreng, Cekodok Pisang, and Teh Tarik were among their favorites! A taste of Malaysia in Peru! With an overwhelmingly positive response from the Peruvian public, Malaysia’s presence reinforced the power of gastrodiplomacy—bringing people together through food and culture.
