| On 9 October 2024, HE Ahmad Irham Ikmal Hisham, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Peru received Online Courtesy Call from Ms Amilatun Fazlina Zakaria (MATRADE Santiago), Mr Mohd hamim Hamdan Mustafa (MIDA San Jose) and Mr Ahmad Najmy Hamzah (MIDA San Jose). During the Call, HE Ahmad Irham was brief by al the officials on the bilateral trade performance between Malaysia and Peru as well as the trade and investment opportunities for Malaysian companies to explore in Peru vice versa. Besides that, preparation of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2024 also have been discussed during the Call. Despite the logistical challenges, HE Ahmad Irham believes that there are vast opportunities that both countries could explore to boost bilateral trade and investment. |
