Tuesday, 18 May 2020, a meeting was held between Ambassador Sarimah Akbar and Mr. Joaquim Chaves, interim Director-General for Bilateral Affaires at the Ministry of Foreign Affaires and Cooperation. The meeting was to discuss on possible cooperation to handle the COVID-19 issue in Timor-Leste.
