H.E. Amb Mrs. Chitra Devi Ramiah presented the briefing on National Service Training Programme 2.0 (PLKN) at the Presidential Palace, Aitarak Laran, Dili, Timor-Leste on Tuesday, 12 May 2016.
The briefing session was attended by the Chief of Staff, Mr. Rui Gomez, the Chief of the Military, Colonel Jose da Costa, senior officials, advisors in defence policy and staff members of the President of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste (DRTL).
