A cooking demonstration was held on 20 June 2013 at the Eurobuilding Hotel in conjunction with the Malaysian Food Festival in Caracas . Two chefs from Malaysia namely Chef Mustafa Kamal and Assistant Chef Siti Fatimah demonstrated how to make roti canai and Malaysian chicken curry. Students from a culinary school and a few other chefs were among the twenty participants who attended the demonstration.
