Luncheon hosted in honour of the Vice Minister for Asia Middle East and Oceania, Ministry of Foreign Affairs - 4th August 2014

As Chairman of the ASEAN Caracas Committee (ACC), Ambassador Mahinder Singh hosted a lunch at his official residence on 4 August 2014. The ACC took the opportunity to host H.E Xoan Pablo Noya, the Vice Minister for Asia, Middle East and Oceania from the People’s Power Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela. The ACC members were able to have an exchange of views with the Vice-Minister on the latest developments in Latin America and Venezuela’s initiative to provide humanitarian assistance to Palestine.
