Dato’ Mahinder Singh met a group of 24 representatives of Diving Resorts and Diving Instructors in Venezuela on 10 May 2016 at the VIP Hotel in Altamira, Caracas. Representatives from the various diving resorts/diving schools in Venezuela were meeting to look at prospects to broaden their linkages with similar diving entities in Asia. Dato’ Mahinder informed the group that Malaysia offers a number of excellent diving sites including the world famous island of Sipadan. The group had the opportunity to view the table book on Sipadan and tourist brochures on Malaysian islands and beaches.
