The new Petronas Country Manager in Caracas, Mr Ridwan Kamaruddin accompanied by two other staff members paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Mahinder Singh on 20 April 2012.
Mr Ridwan had served in a number of countries under Petronas before his current posting to Caracas.
