In enhancing relationship and networking among members of the MTCP Alumni in Zimbabwe, an annual dinner for the Association was organised on 10 December 2010 at the residence of the Charge d' Affaires (CDA) of the Embassy of Malaysia in Harare. A total of 43 members of the MTCP Alumni including all the Committee members of the Alumni participated at the dinner. In his speech, the CDA congratulated the association for coming up with its own constitution and having been able to conduct regular meetings throughout the year even though members were facing economic hardship. This very much reflected the high commitment of the committee members in upholding the very foundation of the Association. The CDA also informed the Alumni members on the publication of the MTCP Alumni Directory aimed at encouraging better communication and networking among members and Embassy which will be distributed to all members of the Alumni soon.
All participants had a joyful evening and enjoyed a wide spread of the Malaysian cuisines specially prepared for the event by the wife of CDA.
