CAR BOMB EXPLOSION IN KABUL, AFGHANISTAN
The Government of Malaysia strongly condemns the heinous attack of 31 May 2017 in Kabul, Afghanistan that killed many innocent lives and injured many others. This was the latest in a series of attacks in the Afghan capital since January 2017.
The Government of Malaysia is deeply saddened at the senseless act of violence and hopes that the perpetrators will be expeditiously brought to justice. The Government of Malaysia also extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and to the bereaved families.
So far there are no Malaysians reported involved in the incident. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia through the High Commission of Malaysia in New Delhi will continue to monitor the situation.
