Consul General, Mr Muhamad Akmal Abdul Wahab accompanied by Mr Mohamad Adris Abu Bakar, Trade Commissioner attended the CCPIT Sichuan Council New Year International Exchange Activity and Chinese New Year Reception on 30 January 2024 at the Deyang City, Sichuan Province.
During the event, Consul General also met with the Mayor of Deyang, Consul Generals of Turkiye, Singapore, Australia and Acting Consul General of Pakistan in Chengdu.
The event was to exchange work plans in 2024 and enhance cooperation between foreign consulates and business association, foreign-funded enterprise as well as to promote the local cultural tourism activity of Deyang City.
