Consul General Mr Muhamad Akmal Abdul Wahab attended the opening ceremony of the Seminar on Counter Terrorism at the Yunnan Police College in Kunming on 14 September 2023. The Seminar was a tailor-made programme with Malaysia in which there were officers from Special Branch PDRM attending the 2 weeks seminar. During the event, Consul General also met with the Vice President of Yunnan Police College, Mr. Du Tao.
