Bilateral relations between Myanmar-Cuba, ASEAN-Cuba Committee, the upcoming UN General Assembly & ASEAN Summit, Cuba during the earlier stage of COVID-19 pandemic were among the matters discussed. Mr. Zaw Naing Win was one of the participants of IDFR's course back in 2005.
