Ambassador Jojie Samuel presented his credentials to H.E. Danilo Medina Sanchez, President of the Dominican Republic on 25 March 2013 at the Presidential Palace in Santo Domingo. During the presentation ceremony, Ambassador Jojie Samuel was accompanied by Mr. Roslan Sharif, Counsellor. Ambassador Jojie Samuel who is resident in Havana, Cuba is concurrently accredited to the Dominican Republic.
Prior to the presentation of credentials, on 22 March 2013, Ambassador Jojie met with various high-level dignitaries including the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Secretary of State and Executive Director for Export and Investment, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, and Secretary of State and President of the National Authority of Maritime Affairs. On 25 March 2013, Ambassador Jojie attended a breakfast meeting of the Roundtable Commonwealth Countries in the Dominican Republic.
