Mrs. Rafedah Abd Aziz, CDA a.i. of the Embassy of Malaysia in Cairo delivered a welcoming remarks during a networking dinner with Egyptian tourism industry players on 4 February 2024 in conjunction with the Cairo leg of the Tourism Malaysia Sales Mission to North Africa. The Sales Mission had provided an avenue for over 14 Malaysian companies to engage with 80 tourism related businesses in Egypt. The networking dinner was held to reinvigorate Malaysia-Egypt cooperation in the field of tourism, arts and culture while also served as a medium to promote 'Visit Malaysia Year 2026' to Egyptians.
