Marking the close of the year, the training programme featured an insightful talk on generative leadership by Mr Amin, former CEO of Petronas Egypt. The session highlighted generative leadership as a leadership approach that focuses on creating long-term value by empowering people, fostering innovation, encouraging collaboration, and building adaptive, purpose-driven organisations. Emphasis was placed on leaders enabling others to think creatively, take ownership, and co-create sustainable solutions in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment
